Our Services
A Full Service Fractional HR Solution
We provide comprehensive, Full-Service HR support. With the exception of payroll processing, we provide assistance with any HR task. It’s impossible to list every task we perform, but the list below will provide you with a sampling. If you don’t see your top concern listed below, send me a message and I will provide additional information on if/how we can support you.
Retained Services
We act as your in house HR manager. Our normal arrangements include time on site every month (or dedicated days in the case of remote engagements) as well as unlimited access between visits. All contracts are fixed rate so you don’t need to worry about expenses piling up when additional effort is required on our part. If you have a need, call or e-mail. There won’t be any surprise fees! While no list can possibly cover everything we do for our clients, below is a summary of the major services we provide to all clients.
Compliance
We aren’t attorneys and we don’t give legal advice, but we are well versed in HR compliance. We will conduct a compliance/best practices audit, if desired. This results in a comprehensive action plan and gives you piece of mind that your HR house is in order. We also know how to spot issues which you would be well advised to run by an attorney. No more guess work!

We provide administrative recruiting support, as desired. Administrative recruiting support includes the following:
Scoping session with hiring manager to gather information on the job
Crafting job postings (to be approved by you prior to posting)
Identifying key words/info which must be on a resume to be considered “qualified” (to be approved by you prior to use)
Drafting an initial e-mail communication to go out to all qualified candidates (to be approved by you prior to use)
Posting of jobs on your approved job boards/sites
Collection of resumes from all job boards/sites
Review of resumes for key works/info (as approved above)
Send initial e-mail to all qualified candidates (ensure candidate is responsive)
Forward qualified and responsive candidates to hiring manager for review
Scheduling interviews with hiring managers as requested
Drafting and extending offer letter to chosen candidates
Sending regret letters to qualified candidates which are not invited for interviews and/or do not receive offers
On-boarding and Orientation
Your HR professional will work with you and your team to develop/document an on-boarding and orientation process. Individual responsibilities will be clearly documented and the HR professional will coordinate completion of each aspect to ensure a consistent experience for each new employee.
Performance Management
Your HR professional will work with you and your team to document your performance management process. When it’s time to conduct performance reviews the HR professional will send the forms to managers/supervisors, provide accountability for timely completion and consult with managers/supervisors to ensure the feedback is appropriate and actionable. If/when disciplinary action is necessary the HR professional will work with your managers/supervisors to draft disciplinary documentation and coach them through delivery of the message. Finally, your HR professional will ensure timely follow up and ongoing feedback.
Succession Planning
Your HR Professional will work with you and your team to identify critical jobs and develop a succession plan to ensure consistent coverage in the event of turnover, promotions, increases in work load, or other disruptions to the business.
Compensation
Your HR professional will work with you and your team to validate market rates for the various positions and develop a compensation strategy for the organization. This plan will be linked to the recruiting and performance management functions to ensure competitiveness in the market and limit regrettable turnover.
Benefits
Your HR professional will work with your brokers to identify options for your renewal. Once you decide which plans you wish to offer they will coordinate open enrollment meetings, collect applications and work with the brokers to ensure enrollments are completed. In addition, when new employees are eligible to participate your HR professional will ensure they are aware and have the opportunity to enroll. The same is true for your retirement plan and any other benefits.
